If you want to get your TV up and running, here’s how to scan channels on a Toshiba TV if you want to pick up an over-the-air signal with an antenna.
There is a guide for old Toshiba TVs.
Scan channels on older Toshiba TVs
First of all, Correctly place the antenna before starting. The antenna should face your local TV towers for maximum coverage. Screw the antenna into the rear of the television after connecting it to the coax line. Most Toshiba TVs have an ANT/CABLE port on the back. Look at your Toshiba TV’s schematic for instructions on connecting the antenna. Secure the connection.
Even if the menu looks the same, your Toshiba TV model may have different channel scan procedures. The channel scan procedure has two versions.
